For an engine-detail exhibit, the important question is what becomes visible after an opening part moves. A long list of opening panels can still produce a poor view from your normal seat. These three releases support different compositions rather than a universal “most detailed” winner.
| Display arrangement | Candidate |
|---|---|
| Raised bed above a visible chassis | 797F 85655 |
| Side access around a dozer | D11 TKN 85604 |
| Multiple body panels on an excavator | 395 GP 85709 |
The original inspections describe engine access on all three. They do not establish complete engine replicas or service procedures. Use the 797F, D11 and 395 GP reviews to check the model-specific restrictions before assigning shelf space.
Keep the open side facing the viewer, and leave the part in a documented position. If the enclosure hides the opening, choose a different arrangement instead of treating the panel count as the benefit.
